Catching up

It has been awhile again. We are doing good and getting ready for our churches huge Fall Family Fest this Saturday. We are expecting 5,000-7,000 people and this year it's an all day event. The girls are dressing up as a bumblebee and ladybug and are so excited. I may end up being Cinderella and walking around all day if I give in to the staff at church, but I'm trying to get out of it! Erin has a party at school Friday and is dressing up as a "cooker" (chef). She has done so good at school. Her teacher says she is smart and a problem solver and everyone wants to be her friend. She has started reading and it's so cool to sit and watch her sound out words and read sentences. She's in Soldiers 4 Christ (dance team) at church and is practicing for the Christmas Program. She's a big girl. Mady is my sweet girl and is so smart. The doctor said she is above her age for talking and was surprised that she is already potty trained. She started going herself back in August and this month finally went weeks with no accidents- yeah! She talks so much, sings songs, counts, knows shapes and colors, and today said "Mommy I love you" for the first time without me saying it first. She loves sissy and wants to do everything with her and says everything Erin says. It's so sweet to watch them together. Andrew has been in charge of so much with this festival. He has even driven out of town to be on the news and was on the radio for an hour marketing the event. He's always working hard and staying busy. I am still cleaning and singing and driving kids around- nothing too exciting or new. It's starting to cool off and we are all getting excited for the holidays. I'm finally thinking about Christmas and starting to plan. It will be a busy next few months!
