This will probably be the longest next few weeks we have gone without any company. This past wee, we had Granny and Grandpa here for 5 days and Aunt Korie and Whitney were both here at different times. I know Erin just loves it. I think she gets bored with just mommy and Mady. She asks me every morning, "what are we going to do today mom?" I use to ask her that before Mady was here and now I usually am doing good to even eat breakfast and pee before I realize it's lunch time! This nursing thing takes up most of my day it seems like. I'll be glad when she can eat faster and less often! Mady is so alert now and has 2-3 wake up times a day where her eyes are open for a while. When she is awake she either wants to continually eat or be held. She does good sitting alone for a short time. She is definitely a snuggler which is hard for me to get use to (or find time for with Erin jumping on my toes) since Erin was the opposite and wanted to be on her own. It is nice though and I can tell she loves to be in her mommy's arms. Yesterday was the first day I know she really intentionally smiled at me and it was so sweet! She did it over and over although I never got a good picture of it. She is getting a little fatter and has grown a lot. At her last visit she had gained a pound and was already over 21 inches long! She goes again in a week or two. Erin is loving her Mothers Day Out and comes home with all her art projects and a report of the day. She usually naps and eats well it says! Last week the teacher followed me out and informed me that Erin spit (she actually blows because she's been doing it to me) at a kid and had to have time out and miss circle time. I was glad to know and she needs to learn to behave, but I also think Erin does things in a playing way. We had a little talk and now she tells me everyday that she didn't blow! She learned it from Little Mermaid when Flounder says "you big bully!" and spits at the shark- so she thinks it's funny. Oh well. She is very involved and never understands when kids don't talk to her, laugh, or play. She acts just like her Daddy! Nothing new to report with me- I'm still in my pjs and sticking a pacy in Madys mouth so I can type this. Andrew is looking for new work since the economy sucks and houses aren't being sold. He has been offered an option in the ministry once again and we are praying to see if this is really God's direction for us. The timing seems right and things are falling into place, so we'll see. Be praying for us. Well, time to breastfeed again.
