30 week doctor visit

I'm pretty bummed because I thought I would get to schedule my c-section date today and he said I needed to wait until my next apt. I know it's crazy being upset about that- most people have no clue when they will go into labor (including me the first time). I guess I feel that if I'm going to go through all that pain and recovery I should be able to schedule it at my most convenient time! So, my next visit is July 31 and I'll be 32½ weeks along. I had an exam today because I've been having so many Braxton Hicks contractions, but everything looked good and normal. I think poor Erin gets more confused every time I take her to the doctor. She asked again if the baby was coming out! I have gained 30 lbs which is so great since the last few months you gain the most weight- I will be very large! Well, time to go take my afternoon nap while Erin sleeps...
